The Laburnum is one of the first housing estates in Gurgaon. Its construction was completed in the year 1996. Till date it remains an elegant, distinctive and stylish design landscape in the NCR. The landscape design is a series of courtyards linked by a continuous pedestrian movement. Water is used as a theme in two courtyards. It is one of the first projects where 100 per cent basement parking is achieved with drain board based sub surface drainage for the deck slab.
